How our house cleaning prices work
Simple House Cleaning Service Richmond charges one flat price for each clean, based on how many bedrooms and bathrooms your home has. We never charge by the hour. Deep cleans and move-out cleans are flat-priced as well, adjusted for the condition of the home, and recurring visits cost less than a one-time clean.

How do I get my price?
Call or text (281) 978-3742 with your bedrooms, bathrooms, ZIP code and the clean you want. The quote is free, there is no obligation, and nobody has to come out to look at the house first.
Does the quote include add-ons?
Yes. If you want extras like inside the fridge, inside the oven or interior windows, we fold them into the same flat total before you book.
What if my home is larger or needs more work than usual?
Homes with more than 5 bedrooms are quoted by hand. If a home needs far more than a typical deep clean, such as heavy buildup or renovation debris, we talk it through and agree on a price with you before we start.
When does the recurring price kick in?
After the first visit. Your first clean is priced as a standard or deep clean depending on the home, and then your weekly, every-two-week or monthly rate applies.
