Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring the products, cloths, mops and vacuums. If you'd like us to use something specific, leave it out and we'll use it.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes. We're gentle and calm around dogs and cats, and careful with doors and gates. Just let us know about your pets when you book.
How do I get a price?
Call or text (281) 978-3742, or fill out the quote form. Tell us your bedrooms, bathrooms and the service you want and we'll give you a price. Quotes are free.
What are your hours?
We're open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Will you let me know when you're on the way?
Yes. We text you before we arrive so you know when to expect us.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a door code or leave a key. Whatever is easiest for you.
Can I book a one-time cleaning?
Absolutely. One-time cleans, deep cleans and move-out cleans don't require any ongoing plan.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, every other week and monthly visits are all available.
What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
A quick pick-up of clothes, toys and clutter helps us spend more time cleaning. You don't need to put out supplies.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. We clean small offices, studios and suites around Richmond, including early mornings and evenings.
